Pilot Agreement
Sürüm 2026-10-25
This Pilot Agreement ("Agreement") is between Tugce Ventures LLC, which operates Psst ("Psst", "we"), and the venue named in the signature block ("Venue", "you"). It covers a free trial of Psst at the Venue (the "Pilot"). By signing in the venue dashboard, the person signing confirms they have authority to bind the Venue.
1. The Pilot
- Length. The Pilot runs from the day your venue account opens until the trial end date shown in your dashboard (30 days) or the close of your fourth Psst Night, whichever comes first. Psst may extend the Pilot once, in writing in the dashboard.
- No fees. The Pilot is free. Psst does not charge for the wristbands, the counter stand, the screen link, training or support during the Pilot, and nothing renews into a paid plan unless you choose one.
- Ending early. Either party may end the Pilot at any time with notice in the dashboard or by email.
- After the Pilot. When the Pilot ends, the wristbands keep working for a 7-day grace period. You may then choose a paid plan, which is governed by the Annual Venue Agreement, or send the wristbands back (section 4).
2. Your duties at the door and in the room
- Age and identity. You check every guest's government-issued ID at the door, as your license requires, and only staff past that check activate ("arm") wristbands. Psst collects no dates of birth and runs no ID checks of its own; the door check is the age gate. You do not arm a wristband for anyone under 21.
- Staff training. Every staff member who uses Psst reads the Psst Staff Training Guide and acknowledges their role checklist in the app before their first night. You keep your staff list current and remove access for people who leave.
- Safety protocol. You respond to Psst safety alerts (reports, "call staff", the Angela phrase) as you would to any guest safety issue, using your own security procedures; you may disable a wristband when a guest's safety requires it. Emergencies go to 911, not to Psst.
- Alcohol. You remain the seller of record for all drinks. Psst never sells, serves or takes payment for alcohol, and nothing in Psst changes your responsibility for responsible service.
3. Data
- What you see. You see aggregate numbers about your nights (minimum ten guests before figures about people appear), the Regulars who chose to share their visits with you, and the marketing list of guests who opted in to your emails, which you may use only to email those guests about your own venue: never sell it, share it or upload it to an advertising platform. You do not see guests' photos outside the night, their preferences, their messages or who said psst to whom.
- Your use. You use what you see only to run your venue and contact guests who opted in, honor unsubscribes at once, and never sell, share or combine it with other data to identify guests. You keep your dashboard credentials confidential.
- Psst's role. Psst processes guest data under its Privacy Policy as an independent business; neither party sells personal information to the other.
4. Wristbands and kit
- Ownership. The wristbands, counter stand and other kit stay Psst's property during the Pilot. You keep them safe and use them only for Psst nights at your venue.
- Return or write-off. If you do not choose a paid plan, ask for the prepaid return label in your dashboard and send the wristbands back within 30 days of receiving it. Wristbands that do not come back are written off; Psst does not charge you for them during or after the Pilot.
- Retirement. After the grace period, Psst switches the Pilot's wristbands off server-side; they work again at once if you choose a plan.
5. The public wall
- You may share approved posts from your room wall to Psst's public wall only through Psst's own tool, and only posts that follow the Community Guidelines and the advertising rules that apply to licensed premises.
- You never copy, export or republish guests' photos or posts outside Psst. A guest can keep their posts in the room, take a share back or ask for a photo they appear in to be removed, and Psst may remove any share at any time.
6. Brand and publicity
You may say that your venue runs Psst Nights and use the Psst logo from the materials Psst provides, unchanged. Psst may list your venue and its public Psst Nights in the app and on psst.dating. Either party may withdraw publicity permission by email.
7. Liability
The Pilot is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Pilot, and Psst's total liability under this Agreement is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
California law governs this Agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This Agreement, the Staff Training Guide and the Community Guidelines are the whole agreement about the Pilot. Electronic signature in the venue dashboard has the same effect as a handwritten signature; the dashboard keeps the signed version and both parties may download it.
