How a night works
One room, one night, one tap of your band. Here is what happens from the door to the end of the night.
How a night works
1At the door
Staff check your ID as always and hand you a numbered band.
2Tap your band
Hold it to your phone and you're in tonight's room, with the profile you set up at home.
3See who's here
Tonight's room, one card per person: a photo, a first name, a band number and what they're up for. New arrivals show up as they tap in.
4Say psst
Open someone's card and say psst, with a line of your own if you like. You get a set number each night, and nobody is told unless it's mutual.
5It's mutual
You both see each other. Chat, send a drink or simply walk over.
6Talk, or send a drink
Chat in the app, or offer a drink from the venue's menu. If it's accepted, you pay at the bar; Psst never takes payment.

Gone after the night
Tonight's profile, pssts and unsaved chats are deleted 24 hours after the night ends.
Questions
Is Psst a dating app?
It's a way to meet people in the same room tonight. Nothing happens unless you're both there and you both say psst.
Will they know I said psst?
Only if they said psst to you too. Otherwise, never.
Does Psst track where I am?
No. The app never asks for your location. Tapping your band at the venue is how Psst knows you're there.
What happens after the night?
Tonight's profile, pssts and unsaved chats are deleted 24 hours after the night ends. Matches you both save become connections.
Is Psst free?
Yes, using Psst at a venue is free for guests. You can buy a band of your own in the app if you like.
Can I buy drinks through Psst?
No. Psst never sells alcohol. A drink you send is ordered and paid at the bar, and staff can always refuse service.
Your first Psst Night
Set up your profile before you go. At the venue, one tap on your band and you're live.
