Sponsor Terms
Version 2026-10-25
These Sponsor Terms ("Terms") apply to any brand or business (the "Sponsor") whose name, logo or offer appears in the Psst Service because a venue on Psst (the "Venue") chose it as a sponsor. They are an agreement between the Sponsor and Tugce Ventures LLC ("Psst"). The commercial deal — what the Sponsor gives the Venue in return — is between the Sponsor and the Venue alone.
1. What a sponsorship can include
A Venue can place a Sponsor in three places, each only during that Venue's Psst Nights:
- The venue screen: the Sponsor's name or approved logo on the screen in the room.
- The app banner: the Sponsor's name or approved logo on the guest app's home screen while a guest is in that Venue's room.
- A first drink: an alcohol-free drink offered once per guest per night, collected at the bar by a tap of the guest's band and served by the Venue's staff.
Psst does not send messages, emails or notifications about a Sponsor, and Sponsors never receive a list of guests.
2. Content rules
- Alcohol brands may be Sponsors only where Psst has enabled it after a review of the tied-house and advertising rules that apply to the Venue (California Business and Professions Code § 25500 and following, and the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's rules). Until then, alcohol brands cannot be placed.
- A first drink is always alcohol-free, whoever the Sponsor is. No sponsorship may offer, promise or imply free or discounted alcohol through Psst.
- Logos and names must be the Sponsor's own, lawful, and suitable for an adult venue audience. No sexual content, no claims about meeting people or about safety, no content aimed at minors, no links, handles or QR codes in a logo.
- Psst checks every logo before it is shown and may refuse or remove any placement at any time, without notice, if it breaks these Terms, Psst's Community Guidelines or the law.
3. Money
The Sponsor pays the Venue directly. No money passes from a Sponsor to a Venue through Psst, and Psst takes no share of any sponsorship. If a Venue records a sponsorship fee in Psst, it is only so the Venue's own reports can show it.
4. Reports and data
Psst gives the Venue — and the Venue may share with the Sponsor — aggregate figures only: how many guests a placement was shown to and how many first drinks were collected, per night. Nights with fewer than 10 guests show no figures. Psst never gives a Sponsor names, photos, contact details, band numbers or anything that identifies a guest, and views are counted once per guest per night and deleted after 90 days.
5. Licence
The Sponsor gives Psst a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, resize and display its name and logo in the placements the Venue chose, for as long as the placement runs. The Sponsor promises it has the rights to grant this licence.
6. Responsibility
- The Venue decides what is served and to whom, checks age and may refuse service at any time; Psst is never the seller of any drink.
- The Sponsor is responsible for its own content and claims, and for any law that applies to its products and promotions (including advertising, alcohol and consumer-protection rules).
- The Sponsor will indemnify Psst against claims caused by its content or its breach of these Terms.
- The Service is provided "as is"; Psst does not promise any number of views or redemptions.
7. Ending a sponsorship
The Venue can end a placement at any time in its dashboard. Psst can end or suspend one under section 2. When a placement ends, the logo stops showing and Psst deletes it from storage within 30 days, keeping only the aggregate figures in the Venue's past reports.
8. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Psst may update these Terms; a material change applies to new placements, and to running ones 30 days after notice to the Venue.
